Randy has 38 years of experience in the aviation industry, including 4 years in the USAF. He is licensed for both A&P and IA, and he has served as Chief Inspector and Director of Maintenance for several repair stations and Part 135 charter operations. Randy is certified in component overhaul for the Bell Helicopter.
In the late-90’s, Randy worked at Sanford Air and Presidential Aviation in Sanford, Maine, before moving on to help start Port City Air. He was Chief Instpector, Director of Maintenance and Accountable Manager for 19 years at Sharkey’s Helicopters, Inc., in West Lebanon, NH.
As part of the FAA Safety Team, safety is Randy’s first priority. He takes seriously the lives of the pilots, passengers and families who fly in the aircraft he has maintained.
