Robert Howard brings nearly a decade of experience to his role as Repairs Manager. Previously, he has been a warehouse specialist, a repairs specialist, and a senior repairs specialist at C&L, which fostered a deep understanding of operations. In this role, Rob manages the day-to-day repairs operations, oversees workflow, prioritizes repair projects, and coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure service levels. Additionally, he works with repair stations worldwide to facilitate quality repairs at affordable costs.
Before joining C&L, Rob served in the U.S. Army for seven years. He ran material handling of shipments and heavy equipment for various military operations.
When he is not at work, he enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife, four kids, two dogs, and the cat.
