Consignment Inventory

Consignment inventory is an arrangement in which C&L provides aircraft rotables to you in order to use as needed in your aircraft. You only pay for the inventory you use, once you have used it. Benefits of this program include:

Power-by-the-Hour

Avoid the headaches of unscheduled maintenance costs with our Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) program. A PBH contract allows you to manage your budgets more effectively. For a fixed price C&L can provide you with a PBH service for and ERJ 135/145, ATR 42/72, or Saab 340 fleet. Programs are highly customizable and can cover as many, or as few aircraft/parts as you require.

A customized program, designed to meet your specific requirements, can include:

At C&L, our extensive knowledge of the CT7 engine combined with our robust inventory of parts and close relationships with global repair vendors and suppliers make us an ideal partner in managing your CT7 engine repairs. Benefits of using C&L for your CT7 engine repair management:

Rotable Repair Management

We generate a high volume of repairs due to a large number of components in our own inventory and additional components under management for our operators. This has created buying power and opportunity for us to negotiate competitive pricing and shorter turnaround times with experienced and reliable repair vendors.

We are pleased to pass both time- and cost-saving benefits on to our customers. Coordinated by our repairs manager, the benefits include:

Our fully coordinated service includes weekly status updates and a delivery schedule. This allows operators to better allocate personnel rather than committing valuable staff time to deal with multiple repair vendors.

Additionally, our service extends to providing immediate access to inventory piece parts, which may reduce the repair costs for some components.

We also supply forward exchange units to alleviate what would otherwise be aircraft downtime.
