Tim Brecher is the President and Co-Founder of C&L Engine Solutions, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the aviation industry. With a deep focus on commercial and corporate aviation, Tim has mastered the art of closing complex aircraft and engine transactions. His specialization spans Boeing airframes (787, 777, 767, 737), Bombardier platforms (CRJ, Challenger), and GE engines (GEnx, CF6, CFM56, CF34).
Before founding C&L Engine Solutions, Tim was a senior leader for GE Aviation’s Used Materials business, leading the Leasing, Trading, Acquisitions, and Mature Fleet business for GEAM. During his 17-year tenure, he drove the business from $100 million to over $1 billion, personally selling more than $1.5 billion in aircraft engines. His early career included roles at Dallas Airmotive and Lockheed Martin, where he gained valuable experience in aviation operations.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Tim attributes much of his success to the discipline and leadership skills honed during his service.
Tim resides in Texas with his wife, Taffy. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and creating cherished memories with his children and grandchildren.
