Justin Kinckle serves as Regional Sales Manager for C&L Aerospace, supporting business jet operators and maintenance providers throughout the Northeast and Midwest United States, as well as Eastern Canada. Based in Delaware, Justin brings extensive business aviation sales and leadership experience to the role, having held positions with Avenger Flight Group, CAE, and FlightSafety International.
Known for his customer-focused approach, responsiveness, and industry expertise, Justin is passionate about helping operators find practical solutions that keep aircraft flying. His commitment to excellence and relationship-building earned him recognition as an NBAA Top 40 Under 40 honoree in 2020, highlighting his contributions and leadership within the business aviation community.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Whether he’s biking, hiking, singing, or sharing a good laugh with family and friends, he brings the same enthusiasm and positive energy to his personal life that he does to serving customers across the aviation industry.
