Aaron Awalt is an operations leader with over a decade of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and team leadership.
Aaron began his career in strategic sourcing and purchasing, later expanding into inventory and warehouse management. Most recently, he served as General Manager, overseeing two commercial HVAC facilities, gaining experience in both private equity and publicly traded environments.
He’s passionate about building strong teams, driving operational efficiency, and learning new industries. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys life with his wife and two young children, playing and watching sports, and exploring a wide range of books.
