Canan Gün Alper is C&L Aerospace’s Regional Sales Manager, supporting airlines and MROs throughout Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Based in İzmir, Turkey, she works closely with customers to ensure they have the parts, service, and attention they need to keep their operations running smoothly.
Canan brings more than a decade of aviation industry experience, including five years with Pioneer Aero Supply, where she managed everything from sourcing to delivery across the aviation supply chain. She has built a strong reputation for strengthening customer relationships, improving processes, and helping partners grow long-term. Known for her problem‑solving mindset and customer‑first approach, she applies her deep understanding of the regional aircraft market to every conversation. She is excited to be part of C&L’s global team and enjoys helping operators find practical and reliable solutions for their daily needs.
Outside of work, Canan loves spending time with her young son, who shares her enthusiasm for airplanes. Their home is beginning to feel a bit like a small aviation museum. She and her husband have enjoyed practicing tango together for many years, and she stays active through regular CrossFit training. Maintaining an active and balanced lifestyle is important to her both personally and professionally.
