Chris Kilgour is the Founder and CEO of C&L Aviation Group, a company he launched from his basement in Australia more than 30 years ago and has since grown into a global aviation services organization. Under his leadership, C&L has expanded into multiple facilities, developed major industry partnerships, and built a worldwide reputation for aircraft maintenance, parts support, and specialized aviation solutions.
Chris is known for blending visionary strategy with hands‑on leadership. He has founded and guided several successful ventures alongside C&L, including companies focused on aircraft engines, engineering services, aircraft sales, and real‑estate development. His ability to identify opportunities, build strong teams, and execute long‑term growth plans has been central to the company’s evolution.

Originally from Australia, Chris now lives in Hampden, Maine, with his wife and four children. Outside of work, he enjoys pickleball, snowmobiling, and traveling with his family.
