Jennifer Kempsey has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in aviation. Starting her maintenance career in borescopes, she worked closely with engineering to assist with custom design tooling for Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, and General Electric. Kempsey currently assists customers with maintenance and modification packages, avionics upgrades, and interior upgrades for Hawker, BeechJet, Gulfstream, Challenger, and other airframes.
Kempsey received NBAA’s “40 Under 40” award in 2020, recognizing her passion and dedication to the industry. She holds prominent positions in the Westchester Aircraft Maintenance Association, Westchester Aviation Association, Women in Aviation International (Westchester County Chapter), and the NBAA Workforce Development Committee. She also devotes time to other aviation organizations and events, including Girls in Aviation Day and the Girl Scouts.
Kempsey currently lives in Westwood, NJ, with her chihuahua Lucy, and in her free time enjoys seeing live music, thrifting, and trying new restaurants.
