Shayne separated from the Army in 2016, where he served as an M1 Abrams crewmember, and went on to enroll in an A&P technician school in Kansas City to obtain his A&P license. After graduating with the highest GPA in his class, he joined C&L Aviation in 2018 as a mechanic on the hangar floor. He quickly demonstrated that he was a skilled, dependable, and valued member of the team. Through his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Shayne advanced to become our Corporate Lead Technician, where he consistently provided high-quality maintenance in support of our customers. He has since been promoted to Component Shop Manager and continues to uphold high maintenance standards while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for the personnel within the shop.
Outside of work, Shayne enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as hunting and fishing. A true jack of all trades, he also enjoys working on small engines, vehicles, and taking on various carpentry projects for others whenever needed.
