Nate Partridge is a seasoned professional in the aviation industry with an extensive background that bridges technical mastery and executive leadership. With more than 31 years of experience, Nate has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to revitalize operations, manage complex projects, and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Currently, Nate serves as Repair Development Manager at C&L Aviation, where he has been instrumental in establishing new component repair programs and securing exclusive OEM contracts.
Nate’s leadership extends beyond the hangar. From 2013 to 2018, he founded and operated Caring Transitions of Wichita, a successful small-business franchise. As President, he managed a team of 17 employees and oversaw all business operations, achieving significant growth and ensuring strong financial performance before returning to the corporate aviation world.
His leadership is rooted in a deep technical understanding of aircraft maintenance. Nate began his career as a Component Repair and Overhaul Technician and eventually rose to managerial roles. His experience spans a wide range of specialties, including hydraulics and electrical systems, avionics, structures, and calibration. Nate is recognized as an analytical thinker and collaborative leader, dedicated to return on investment, on-time delivery, and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
In his spare time away from C&L Aviation, Nate enjoys camping with his family, restoring vehicles, traveling, and riding his Harley down long, winding roads.
