C&L Aerospace Acquires Saab 340B Inventory from Japan Air Commuter and Hokkaido Air System

C&L continues to expand Saab part support offerings

BANGOR, Maine – C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, has acquired a Saab parts inventory from Japan Air Commuter (JAC) and Hokkaido Air System Co. (HAC). The inventory, previously stocked to support a fleet of 13 Saab 340B aircraft, consists of over 4,500 rotable and consumable parts. C&L is housing the inventory at their Bangor, Maine, facility with plans to distribute parts to their global warehouses as needed. The parts are available for outright purchase.

“Acquiring this inventory increases our support options for operators looking to source parts for their Saab fleets,” said Jameel Wazir, Executive Vice President of C&L Aviation Group. “Our strong relationship with JAC and HAC that we have built over many years put us in a good position to win the bid for this inventory, and it has allowed us to further strengthen our ability to continue to support all current Saab operators worldwide.”

C&L has been a leader in Saab aftermarket sales and part support for over 25 years, with Saab inventory available in their globally located warehouses. As with all of C&L’s inventory, these parts and their corresponding documentation have been photographed and barcoded and are available as viewable links on all quotes, providing customers with increased transparency during the buying process.
