C&L Aviation Group is proud to announce the launch of a new website dedicated to job seekers who are looking to find the right position within a growing aviation company. The website, which can be found at careers.cla.aero, contains the company’s available job listings, information about the company and the surrounding area, FAQs, company reviews, and video and photo galleries.

C&L has grown from a few dozen employees in 2011 when it acquired Tedford Aviation in Bangor, Maine to now over 200. The company is expecting continued growth to meet their expanding corporate and regional maintenance workload.

“Often people looking at working for our company have a lot of questions before they ever submit their resume. We wanted to build a resource for them that can answer many of their questions as transparently as possible,” said Pat Lemieux, Director of Marketing for C&L. “The idea is that people will get to know us, and like us before they have their first interview. This site will also benefit people by helping them to learn the company culture, even before their first day with us.”

C&L Aviation Group still maintains an active website for customers containing the company’s sales and marketing information. That site can be found at cla.aero.
