C&L continues to invest in the ATR 42/72 aircraft.
C&L Aerospace, A C&L Aviation Group company, has purchased a multi-million-dollar ATR Expendable package. As part of the transaction, C&L has acquired thousands of new, OEM certified, “S” part numbers to be added to their existing ATR inventory. All parts from the program are now stocked in C&L’s UK, Australian, and Bangor, ME, USA warehouses and available for sale.
“This ATR expendable package adds yet another facet to our ATR support program which already includes rotables, leading edges, propeller support, engine support, PMA development, consignment, and pool agreements; to name a few,” said Warrick Hood, ATR Program Manager at C&L Aerospace. “This purchase, combined with previous parts purchases and seven ATR teardowns we have completed in the past twenty-four months provide a significant inventory to support operators.”
Parts from this purchase will complement C&L’s existing rotable inventory and round out a full service offering to ATR operators.
This inventory is currently going through inspection and cataloging process which includes photographing and barcoding the parts and corresponding documentation making both available online to the customer.
