This Power Turbine Module was repaired by H+S Aviation IAW SEI 578 Rev. 53 on February 13, 2013 and will be delivered with an EASA Form One Dual Release. The PTM is up to the latest SB status with Stage 3 & 4 Disk being the first limiters, at 6222 cycles remaining.
