This PTM was input to H+S Aviation for a major work scope and repaired on April 4, 2018.

This PTM was repaired by H+S Aviation IAW SEI 578 Rev. 58 on April 4, 2018 where all mandatory AD’s were accomplished. The PTM was repaired and released with an EASA Dual Release and the first limiter is the Turbine Interstage Seal with 12,875 cycles remaining.
