Andrew Vaverchak has over 30 years of aviation experience, starting in 1992 after joining the U.S. Air Force.
In 2007, he started painting aircraft parts for Telford Aviation. After Telford was acquired by C&L Aviation Group, Andrew supervised interior refurbishment and component shop paint projects.
In 2012, Andrew moved to Florida where he did paint repair and paint correction in General Aviation shops in Fort Lauderdale and Stuart, Florida.
Andrew returned to C&L Aviation in 2013 as the paint shop floor lead, later becoming paint shop manager in 2021. In 2024, Andrew took over as lead of hydrographics.
